The parameter OPEN_VIEW specifies that the server will open the report viewer and display the report instead sending it
to printer. This is very useful if you are working into a Unix telnet session and you want to open a preview of your report before printing it.
OPEN_VIEW is one of the few settings that has no arguments. This means that OPEN_VIEW is not going to have an equal sign and a value.
